Steed and Tara investigated the directors of the Caritol Land and Development Corporation in "Look - (stop me if you've heard this one) But There Were These Two Fellers", supposedly on 1 April 1968, so the banner has changed today to reflect that.

A tricky one chronologically. My notes says "24-26 Mar 21-24 Mar 68 [? Mother's Day was 24 March - but False Witness occurs then!] Marler's calendar prob out of date, 230 shopping days to Xmas=26 Mar approx"
April Fool's Day sounds like a perfect day for it though.

Yes indeed. From Piers's site: "Frederick emerges later to haul a huge tank of gas into his room then informs Tara she’ll be the first girl in history to be burnt in half with an acetylene torch instead of sawn in half."Rhonda wrote:Ah, Talfryn Thomas with his blowtorch. I know he was using his props as a redundant magician but I'm not sure who on; my guess would be Tara.
