Post by denis rigg »

Welcome, dear viewers, to our new TV show "The Avengers around the World". :P In this special show, participants as always will guess the episode titles, but... I will give it already in English from multiple languages. :)
In the case of the correct answer, participants will know what language the name was originally.
So, ten riddles of the first round (easy level): :)

1. The man who couldn't die
2. Secretaries
3. Murderous magic
4. Finally, who am I?
5. Treasure of Danversa
6. Fancy hell
7. Means for escape
8. Greetings from Aunt
9. Geniuses
10. Look for Butler

Oh no, Margo  , it is hardly possible to guess the original language, because in this game will be presented in a total of 11 different languages.
I will personally say that was original language of episode, just for fun.

Chees, Margot, all answers are correct! :P

You guessed it the following: :)

#2 How to succeed at Murder (Sekreterler) Turkey
#4 Who's who (Afinal quem sou eu?) Portugal
#6 brimstone South Korea
#8 Girl from Auntie (Привет от тетушки) Russia
#10 What the Butler Saw (Cercate il Maggiordomo) Italy

Remains a half:

1. The man who couldn't die
3. Murderous magic
5. Treasure of Danversa
7. Means for escape
9. Geniuses

These are titles from Spain, Island, Poland, Israel and Russia (again). :D

Well, Margo, this is a good warm-up for the start in order to raise the proper enthusiasm for the second round, so to say. :D And I feel we will soon get to it - quite possibly tomorrow, as we are moving by leaps and bounds. Someone has a seven-league boots.

Current result from our participants

Hitting the target:

1. The man who couldn't die (Maðurinn, sem gat ekki dáið) Iceland
5. Treasure of Danversa (Skarb Danversa) Poland
9. Geniuses Israel

Remains:

3. Murderous magic
7. Means for escape

Spain and Russia. :) Even in the first round is small tricks. On moment looks like a third target one of the difficult here.

Hello, Hello, Hello!!!

Cheers, respected viewers, our supergame continues. :P Unfortunately, our sponsor Avengerland+ experienced financial difficulties in recent months, and it has said that we were forced to suspend the production of the new shows. At some point, our project was on the verge of closing, but happened just a fantastic thing (like the recent discovery of the episode Tunnel of Fear). Some unknown company "Voice of Steed" (I do not know why such a strange name :o, but fact is a fact), has decided to sponsor two following shows of our game  , but on the condition that we just have to make the rating anyway, otherwise, according to the contract (we took the risk) our supergame will completed (us waiting huge bankrupt). Well, I do not know how will this be the case, but I am sincerely glad again to play a role Presenter and to communicate with you, dear viewers. :)

So, let to look at current results of Supergame!

Riddles:
3. Murderous magic (Title from Spain)
7. Means for escape (Title from Russia)

Recently, we received the variants of answers from ... Aha!
I am happy to introduce you a new member of this Supergame: Rhonda. Applause. :)
Thanks!

These variants of answers are following:

3. The See-Through Man
7. The £50'000 Breakfast

Unfortunately, no one answer is correct.

At the moment I still will not give specific tips, but I will say that both unsolved titles are in one same season.
