I remember this happening with one of my Contender sets and they sent replacements out all over the world, no matter who you'd bought them through.

Wasn't that the spelling that appeared on the Variety Club award that he and Honor received in 1963...?

Yes. It was incorrect then and still is.

I watched Propellant 23 tonight, no problems as far as I could see, certainly no "no data" frame.
You check the files, I'll check my memories.

It's there. It is very brief, but towards the end of the episode there is a quick flash. If you press the pause button, you will see the "no data" frame.

Well, if it's a case of blink and you miss it, I can live with that ...

I was thinking of asking for the set for Christmas. Not sure whether to hold off until Optimum issue replacements. I haven't seen most of season 2.
Should I just get it anyway?

If it were me, Mike, I'd wait.

I'm really enjoying the disks, a big thank you to everyone who worked on them. My mother enjoyed the booklet as well, she'd "forgotten about the white coats". :)

I'm now watching "Box of Tricks" and there's clearly a manufacturing fault with the disk, which stops playing during act 2. Should I return the set now or wait to see what Contender do about replacements?

Thanks.

The episode is on the same disc as one of the episodes (The Golden Eggs) that is mooted for a replacement disc, so I'd recommend you hang on for an official announcement, Rob. Thanks for bringing it to our attention - we'll pass the info on and get the problem looked at.
