Speaking for myself I don't think they bear any relation to Emma Peel at all. The character simply looks like a generic American super hero.

It reminds me of the American cartoon from about 10 years ago about a teenage spy and her girlfriends. I can't remember the name at the moment.

That's Erin Esurance, the "pink-haired female spy" (wikipedia), who started appearing in commercials around 2000, doing very Emma Peel-like things. Over the years, the character has been used in other roles (pastiching Charlie's Angels, Mission Impossible, etc.). Personally, I think her secret agent activities, catsuit, and fighting style are meant to be an homage to Emma.

The teenage spy cartoon might be Kim Possible, which ran 2002-2007.

I tend to agree... I mean even the name "Erin", four letters begins with an "E"... It's a homage of sorts... And a very smart ad campaign...

I think pretty much every catsuit-wearing secret agent in popular culture owes something to Emma. She more or less spawned a whole type of character--the kick-ass heroine--to the point that it's almost a generic character trope.

Well, she's back on the Esurance site promoting the next Star Trek movie:
