Equally, most of the detailed discussion will be in the DVD topics, and it's plain that those threads will contain details on the contents. I don't think there's any need to label them with a spoiler tag as it's a given that they will be discussing the things that you would want to avoid.

Frankly, the content of most spoiler threads on most forums is obvious from the thread title and I often wonder why there's a need for big 'don't go there' signs on them.

Yeah I know that. A spoiler in the title is what I meant and should have made clear.

Actually, what was meant as a totally light-hearted comment perhaps should not have been mentioned at all! I'm sorry I ever mentioned it now - what was I thinking!

Not at all. If you thought it, so did others. And it gave us the chance to let everyone know what we are going to do or not do, in advance. :)

I'm not sure if anybody else hsas, but I've just received an e-mail from Amazon saying that my copy of The Avengers - Series 3 will be dispatched earlier than expected (30th Sept). I'm thinking they've updated the wrong listing as it should be Series 2?

Series 3 is more likely to fall back a little into early 2010 than come forward. Series 1+2 is still planned for the first week of October.

I'm quite happy for them to be spaced out. I think a bimonthly schedule may harm sales. One every three/four months seems better.

Season 1/2 - October, season 3 - February, season 4 - June, et c.

They certainly won't be bi-monthly. If they were, there would be insufficient time to produce extras. Your preferred release strategy is pretty near the intention (the gap rather than the actual months).
