Yes, it was so touching to see Joanna moved to tears over such an overwhelming natural phenomenon as the Northern Lights. And she's turning into such an eccentric these days too.

I watched the programme and then re-watched it straight away!
As I was watching, I thought how incredible the Northern Lights seem to us, but there are probably people who get to see them all the time and don't even notice them any more.
I wonder, could one ever tire of seeing them?

It was brilliant, wonderful, magnificent and every other equivalent of the world brilliant you can think of.

Just reaffirms my desire to go north and hit the territories, the Yukon in particular. Who wouldn't want to see that?

Was 'In The Kingdon of Thunderdragon' ever screened as a TV show ? I have the book. Hopefully 'Northern Lights' will be released in hardback

Thanks for posting that video, it was a beautiful documentary, I almost got tears in my eyes watching the northern lights. There are a lot places and things in the world I once hope to see, but the notheren lights are at the top of my list. I'd love to sleep in a ice-hotel to one day.
