Take Me to Your Leader

Teleplay by Terry Nation, Directed by Robert Fuest

Continuity & Trivia

Patrick Macnee must have been on holidays, as the original synopsis has him at the airfield with Tara when Trent is killed, and all the second unit filming has the stuntman in the bubble car wearing a bowler hat (and it's Rocky Taylor, Patrick's stunt double). However, when Captain Andrews gets in the car, he puts on a trilby.

The x-rays of the suitcase are reused in Thingumajig, puportedly being x-rays of the... thingumajig.

The contacts announced by the case:

  • Trent: Room 27 of the Cremorne Hotel in Sloane Street, the reservation being under the name of Richard Strauss.
  • Condon: 11 Heston Avenue at 8 o'clock, he is to ask for Miss Graham.
  • Sally: the telephone box in Cranley High Street at 9 o'clock.
  • Cavell: room 6 in Colton House, but he is to kill his last contact.
  • Tim: 84 Patrick Street at midnight precisely.
  • Shepherd: Luggage loading bay at King's Cross Station at 8 a.m.
    1. Jackson: St Bartholemew's Chruch, deposited in the Cunningham falmily crypt.
    2. Wilson: Mother's warehouse hideout.
