Can you please clarify exactly what you think the "split second" edit means?

Would that "split second" edit qualify as the scene being censored?

Is that the reason why there was a small "adjustment" to the Tara trailer?

I remember a flickering at the point Tara swings her legs over the sofa. Its available on youtube multiple times, including one uploaded by me, but the flicker is a bit early so maybe just a damaged film.
